In this video I’ll go through the process of dehydrating farm fresh zucchini, bell peppers and sweet banana peppers for long term storage. We use peppers in a lot of our recipes and buying them in bulk at the farm was such a big savings that we were able to dice up and freeze several bags as well for easy meal prep.
