Stockpiling in UK leads to questions over rationing

Stockpiling and panic buying by shoppers in the United Kingdom has prompted questions over possible food rationing as COVID-19 continues to spread across the nation.

UK supermarkets saw hundreds line up outside ahead of opening hours as shortages on essential supplies and food items becomes a reality.

The National Medical Director urged shoppers to be more responsible and said anyone hoarding essential items should be ashamed of themselves.
